As a Pest Control Service Professional, you are responsible for identifying and eliminating pests from residential and commercial properties utilizing top of the line equipment and techniques. This role involves conducting inspections, applying pest control treatments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pest-free environment. We're looking for someone independent, confident, and customer-oriented, with outstanding time management skills and a positive attitude.

Working as a professional in the pest management industry is so much more than controlling pest problems. It's also building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well.

A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required.

What can you expect during training?:

Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 4-6 weeks.

• Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics and roofs.
• Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring.
• Pest and rodent identification.
• Product and label knowledge.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer service training.
• Route management.
• Time management.
• Online Coursework.
