Hotel Security-Loss Prevention Associate
Hotel Security OfficerJob DescriptionThe Hotel Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and employees.
The officer will patrol the hotel premises, monitor surveillance cameras, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Respond to security incidents or emergencies and take appropriate action.
- Assist guests with safety and security concerns.
- Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular safety and security inspections of hotel facilities.
- Provide training to hotel staff on safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high stress situations.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
