Georgetown, Texas | $80,000$85,000 Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Why This Role Exists
The Jamison Agency has operated in Central Texas since 1999. With a $13M book of business and a team of seven, we're preparing for our next stage of growth, which includes adding team members and potentially acquiring another book.
Before we grow further, we need the right person leading daily performance across sales and service.
This is a newly created position, not a replacement role.
You'll have the opportunity to build the management structure, set expectations, develop the team, and take real ownership of how this agency operates.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Lead
You'll oversee three to four sales professionals and three service team members across our Georgetown and Cedar Park offices.
Sales production goals, quotes, conversion, pipeline, and coaching
Service retention, accuracy, customer escalations, and workflow
Service-to-Sales tee-ups, cross-sell, referrals, and handoff process
People meetings, one-on-ones, accountability, and performance management
This Is a Working Leadership Role
We're not looking for someone who manages through reports and closed-door meetings. We need a leader who stays close to the work, listening to calls, coaching conversations, demonstrating strong performance, and helping move opportunities forward when the agency is behind.
Your job is not to become the permanent top producer. Your job is to build a team that performs consistently without needing to be rescued.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
Active Texas General Lines P&C license
3+ years of P&C insurance experience
3+ years managing employees
Demonstrated ability to coach people and improve measurable results
Comfort having difficult performance conversations directly
Ability to work primarily from our Georgetown office
Allstate experience is preferred but not required. Proven leadership matters more than carrier background.

You're a sales manager ready to lead service, a service manager ready to own production, or the unofficial second-in-command who's been doing the work without the title. You want to build something, not maintain it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You avoid hard conversations, prefer remote work, manage only through reports, wait until month-end to react to missed goals, or want authority without accountability.
