Software Engineer II

First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is looking for a Software Engineer II for our Copperfield headquarters (northwest Houston). This role is responsible for independently designing, developing, and supporting Core financial system applications They lead medium to large projects and is accountable for the design, development, support, and troubleshooting of Core platform integrations and internal applications hosted in FCCU's Data Center and Azure environments. The role serves as a senior individual contributor and technical advisor, building front-end and back-end applications using C# and the .NET platform, and providing guidance to Software Engineer I's. The position requires hands-on experience designing and building REST APIs and SOAP services used to integrate enterprise systems and Core banking platforms. Familiarity with Fiserv Core APIs is a plus.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, and at least 5 years of experience with C# and .NET
