SALARY & BONUS:
Competitive base salary and an exceptional bonus/incentive plan designed to reward your hard work and success. Bonus Plan includes: resident referral bonus, quarterly bonus, and annual outperformance bonus.
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Resident Experience Director to join our team at Meadowstone Place. These 55+ active adult communities, located in Dallas, TX, offer vibrant amenities and active neighbors. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in activity planning to create and deliver a dynamic schedule of individual and group programs that foster physical wellness, intellectual stimulation, social connection, creativity, and meaningful engagement for residents. In addition, this role partners with the Sales Team to lead the resident, family, and friend referral program, supporting initiatives that promote an active and vibrant lifestyle within the community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provides outstanding services to all residents, family members, and visitors.
- Utilizes calendar creation technology and encourages residents to access and interact with the digital calendar.
- Directs scheduling and coordination with third party vendors.
- Conducts/leads majority of programs.
- Trains, supports, and instructs team members and volunteers to assist with activities.
- Coordinates, supports, and takes ownership of the resident, family, and friend referral program, promoting the program through events and regular communications.
- Assists with transportation for activity outings.
- Partners with residents and the local community to provide community in-reach through clubs, organizations, and activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experienced in activity planning, preferably with seniors.
- Independent leadership; dependable, self-motivated; relationship building, and ability to build rapport with residents, families, and guests.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated abilities in time management, organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills (navigating websites, email, and other tools)
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior experience in Sr. Living (highly desired)
- Prior experience overseeing activities and activity planning for multiple sites (highly desired)
- Prior experience in management and/or hospitality experience
