2nd Shift Warehouse Picker/Packer
We are seeking an adaptable, energetic 2nd Shift Picker / Packer to join our dynamic climate controlled warehouse team in Northlake. In this multi-functional role, you will be key to keeping our daily operational flow running smoothly by shifting seamlessly across various departmentsincluding Receiving, Shipping, Picking, and Packing. Key Responsibilities Picking & Packing: Accurately pick apparel items based on order sheets and carefully pack clothes to ensure high-quality presentation and damage-free shipment. Cross-Departmental Support: Flex comfortably between Receiving (unloading, sorting, and scanning incoming stock) and Shipping (staging outbound freight and preparing final orders). Operational Flow: Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep materials moving efficiently across the facility floor. System Usage: Use basic computer programs and warehouse systems to log inventory, print shipping labels, and track incoming/outgoing stock. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for 8 to 10 hours per shift. Lifting Ability: Comfortably lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy (data entry, label printing, or basic software navigation). Adaptability: A strong team-player mindset with a willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions and jump in wherever needed. Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 3:30 PM start time, with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekend hours when production demands rise. location: Northlake, TX
