RS&H seeks a motivated Aviation Project Manager to join our Dallas aviation team. What You'll Do

Lead Projects End-to-End

* Lead, develop, and deliver aviation projects from concept through construction - airfield design, pavement engineering, utilities, terminals, and more

* Oversee production teams, quality assurance, and financial performance

* Focus on innovative design and technical excellence

* Coordinate with airports, airlines, FAA, and stakeholders across North Texas

* Handle construction administration, grant management, and multi-disciplinary coordination

Drive Business Growth

* Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region

* Support business development efforts to expand our Dallas presence

* Contribute to proposal development and capture strategies

* Represent RS&H at regional industry events

Develop Your Career

What We're Looking For

Required

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program

* 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in aviation

* Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

* Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project delivery

* Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Willingness to travel across North Texas (typically day trips)

* Experience with FAA funding and grant administration

* Background in both design and construction phases

* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
