Information: ***All candidates are required to float, while on the interview please inform candidate of the Methodist Floating Policy*** Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Over 2+ years of OR experience Over 2+ years of Hospital experience BLS Required ACLS Required Travel Experience ONLY previous experience required Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Meditech experience preferred Robotics Urology General Surgery Bariatric Surgery Meditech experience preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) Active TX RN License temp license will NOT be accepted Procedures performed on unit: Liver, kidney kidney pancreas transplants Variety of general surgery, robotics, bariatric surgery, ent, opthomalogy, plastic surgery Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket Nail Policy Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible.
