What started as a family business in a small, two-story building at 219 S. Ochoa in 1958 now includes multiple sites, a distribution center, and a customer service center, with goals of further expansion in the near future. What we are looking for

Highly motivated individual who provides outstanding customer service by performing general cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation of facilities and their components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned facility to include but not limited to restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and conference rooms.

• Cleans windows and mirrors throughout the facility.

• Clean, disinfect, sanitize, and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning high/low areas).

• Empties and decontaminates trash containers.

• Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces throughout the facility.

• Maintains facility floors clean of all debris. Utilizes Tennant machine to clean store and warehouse floors. Utilizes mop heads inside office areas. Utilizes vacuum for carpets when applicable.

• Utilizes cleaning tools provided by ECC.

• Keeps environmental closet organized and stores all supplies and tools accordingly.

• Notifies supervisor/manager of any safety hazards.

• Documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.

• Follows instructions from the environmental supervisor.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Duties And Responsibilities For Warehouse:

• Maintains warehouse floors clean of all debris, including shrink wrap and wood chips in the following areas: 9 or more aisles, receiving docks, and freezer/cooler floors.

• Utilizes Tennant machine to clean warehouse floors.

• Manually (use of pallet jack) moves pallets to clean floors.

• Clean, disinfect, sanitize, and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning high/low areas).

• Maintains outside areas clean of all debris to include front and backyard.

• Maintains clean rack beams.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bilingual preferred.

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Integrity and ability to work independently.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Location:

Position is for our 1500 E. Paisano, El Paso, TX 79901 store.

Working hours:

Rotating Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 3:00pm and 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
