Position: Territory Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment (Club)

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $75k base + uncapped commission (OTE $150k)

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our Country Field Sales team, with a dedicated focus on the fitness club segment . This role centers on building partnerships with boutique studios, commercial gyms, and multi-location fitness operators throughout the Dallas, TX territory.

Representing a global leader in wellness and fitness equipment, you’ll drive growth by delivering tailored solutions that help operators elevate their member experiences and optimize their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within the club and gym space, targeting boutique fitness studios, multi-site operators, and commercial gyms.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of products and services, positioning solutions to fit a variety of operational needs.
• Exceed sales, revenue, and profitability goals within your territory.
• Generate leads, prospect accounts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build lasting relationships with fitness operators to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on industry trends and deliver market feedback to the company.
• Conduct frequent on-site visits with prospective and existing clients, following consultative sales best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ sales experience in account management, business development, or similar roles.
• Successful track record in consultative, solution-based sales with complex deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
• CRM experience required (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
