Fresh Coat Painters of Iowa Colony is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help grow our residential and commercial painting business.

This is not your typical sales position.

Our estimating team performs the property inspection and prepares the proposal. Your role is to build relationships, present solutions, follow up with customers, close projects, and develop new business opportunities throughout the community.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys networking, helping people, and being rewarded for your results, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Present customized proposals to homeowners and business owners.

• Follow up on company-generated leads and close sales.

• Build relationships with Realtors, builders, property managers, HOAs, interior designers, and other referral partners.

• Generate your own business through networking and community involvement.

• Attend networking events and represent Fresh Coat professionally.

• Recommend additional services that add value for customers.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

• Generate referrals, repeat business, and Google reviews.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Comfortable meeting new people and developing business relationships.

• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Painting experience is NOT required. We'll train you on our products, services, and sales process.

Compensation

This is a commission-based 1099 position with unlimited earning potential.

In addition to company-generated opportunities, you'll have the opportunity to earn increased commissions by developing your own referral relationships and self-generated business and opportunity for bonus incentives.

Training will be provided.
