THE TEAM
You will be part of a dynamic Kitchen team, reporting directly to the Private Dining/Banquet Chef. This role works closely with line cooks, service teams, Purchasing, Stewarding, and Engineering to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and operational excellence across the property.YOUR ROLE
As Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will support menu development, manage food and labor costs, and lead the kitchen team to deliver seamless service across all outlets. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, driving team performance, and creating memorable guest experiences.HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
- Coordinate food production, preparation, and service, assigning priorities and tasks to the kitchen team
- Monitor inventory, manage ordering of produce, meat, and seafood, and ensure proper storage and handling of all food items
- Support menu development, testing recipes and contributing creative ideas while maintaining cost controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards at all times
- Train, coach, and motivate kitchen colleagues, fostering a positive and productive working environment

- You bring experience working in a professional kitchen environment within a luxury hotel or restaurant setting
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- You are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure
- You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and guest satisfaction
- You understand cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency in a kitchen environment
- You communicate clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
