Position Overview Our company is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and customer service support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will function as a central support point across several departments, assisting with customer communications, order processing, front-desk reception duties, and general administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable, and eager to develop professionally. This individual should demonstrate strong communication skills, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and be comfortable supporting both external customers and internal teams as business priorities shift. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety in daily tasks and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented workplace where no two days are exactly the same.
Location: Dallas, TX Reports To: Operations / Customer Support Management Employment Type: Full Time, On Site Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional front-desk and reception support while ensuring a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for all customers, clients, and visitors
Support showroom and store operations by assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and helping coordinate daily workflow activities as required
Accurately input customer orders and maintain up-to-date, detailed records within internal systems and databases
Assist with customer service matters including returns, exchanges, replacements, and general issue resolution
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner
Quickly learn and navigate internal platforms, operational procedures, and customer service workflows
Provide flexible backup support across departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted daily operations
Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams to support a consistent and positive service experience
Assist with additional administrative, clerical, and operational tasks as assigned to support business needs
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, retail operations, or similar roles preferred
Strong verbal, written, phone, and email communication skills
Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are considered an added advantage
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and organizational goals
Dependable, consistent, and strong work ethic with a focus on reliability
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and learn new systems and processes efficiently
Comfortable engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and through written communication
