Vice President of Client Strategy
Location: Remote (must operate on East Coast hours)

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology-enabled services organization focused on improving operational efficiency, sourcing strategy, and financial visibility across specialty care organizations. They are seeking a senior strategic leader to drive enterprise client engagement, expansion, and long-term value realization across key strategic accounts.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded operator with deep expertise in specialty infusion, infusion operations, and provider strategy. This individual will act as both a strategic client leader and internal partner, helping scale the Client Success / Strategic Accounts function in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-level client strategy and relationship management across strategic accounts
• Drive retention, growth, and long-term value realization across the client portfolio
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across GPO, distribution, managed services, and related offerings
• Serve as a trusted advisor to infusion providers, MSOs, and executive stakeholders
• Help clients improve margins, procurement strategy, and operational efficiency
• Support executive leadership in commercial growth strategy
• Build scalable Client Success and Strategic Account Management processes as the organization grows
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, strategy, product, and leadership teams
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on specialty infusion operations, reimbursement, payer dynamics, procurement, and revenue cycle strategy Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, strategic accounts, client success, or related healthcare services / technology environments
• Deep understanding of specialty infusion operations, buy-and-bill reimbursement, infusion suite setup, GPO structures, procurement, distribution, payer dynamics, rebates, and patient care workflows
• Proven success managing enterprise or strategic client relationships
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with both operational leaders and C-suite stakeholders
• Commercially minded with strong consultative communication skills
• Ability to build processes, infrastructure, and scalable client-facing functions from the ground up
• Experience with healthcare technology, managed services, or tech-enabled service environments preferred Preferred:
• Background supporting specialty infusion providers, MSOs, specialty pharmacy organizations, or specialty distribution environments
• Experience in strategic accounts, provider partnerships, operations, or commercial growth leadership
• Exposure to reimbursement strategy, margin optimization, GPO economics, and infusion-centered healthcare operations About The Company
