Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to be the first smile our patients and families see when they walk through our doors.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
- Verify insurance benefits and collect payments.
- Answer phones and assist parents with questions.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate communication between the clinical team and families.
- Help create a positive and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
