FTK Construction Services is a full-service General Contractor based in Allen, TX with a focus in Affordable Housing, Disaster Services, Biohazard cleaning/treatments, Multi-Family Renovations, and Roofing.
Position: We are looking for a Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent who is willing to travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
On-site management of daily production activity
Assisting in estimating projects
Project Scheduling
Communication with site level management
Product Quality Control
Materials Procurement
Subcontract Management
Internal and Jurisdictional Inspections
