Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electromechanical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Install, test, calibrate, and maintain electromechanical equipment and automated systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery.

• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and control systems.

• Operate tools and instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration devices.

• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve system reliability and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience (preferred).

• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, motors, sensors, and mechanical assemblies.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based troubleshooting.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or elevated areas as needed.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with industrial automation systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).

• Familiarity with CMMS software.

• Certification in electrical or mechanical trades is a plus.

• Manufacturing/industrial setting.

• May involve exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

• Requires the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
