General Assembler
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a basic understanding of production processes and equipment within your assigned area.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
- Safely transport materials using material handling equipment, following established safety guidelines.
- Monitor personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Be available for overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental concerns, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and responding to hazards.
- Take responsibility for environmental impacts of work performed, identify and report environmental problems, and complete required regulatory training.
- Complete the Operator Training Program as per guidelines.
- Be flexible and willing to take on other projects or assignments as requested by management.
- Seek opportunities to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
- Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.
- Problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Work experience in manufacturing preferred.
