FOH Crew Member / Driver – Fajita Pete's

Fajita Pete's is looking for Front of House Crew Members / Drivers to provide exceptional guest service, accurately prepare orders for pickup and delivery, and safely deliver food to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, working as part of a team, and taking pride in delivering a great experience every time.

What You'll Do

Guest Service

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare and package orders accurately
• Verify order accuracy before pickup or delivery
• Maintain speed and attention to detail during busy periods
• Assist with catering order preparation when needed

Delivery Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers
• Ensure orders arrive complete and on time
• Maintain professional communication with customers during deliveries
• Follow all traffic laws and company delivery procedures

Team Support

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
• Stock supplies and keep workstations clean and ready
• Support Front of House and Back of House operations as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
