The Position

We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced part-time Recruiting Executive Assistant. The Executive assistant will manage several office related duties and work closely with the management team.

This position is a remote, part-time position (20-30 hours per week) and pays $22.00 per hour.

Bank Recruiting Executive Assistant responsibilities include:

• Providing all administrative support to the recruiting team.
• Preparing reports by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information from a variety of sources.
• Setting appointments and following up with candidates regarding interviews.
• Entering data into our candidate tracking software.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

• Three or more years previous Executive Assistant experience.
• Banking industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused on goals.
• Typing/data entry experience.
• Strong in Microsoft Office.
• College degree preferred.
