Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

- Verify invoice information and resolve any discrepancies

- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice inquiries

- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments

- Prepare and submit payments to vendors

- Assist with month-end closing and reporting

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
