Agency Development Manager

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Lead outside sales initiatives, including telemarketing efforts to expand market reach.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage benefits administration processes to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and address their needs.
• Utilize multilingual skills to engage with diverse client bases when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail sales or outside sales environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in benefits administration is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client engagement.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for compliance purposes.

Pay: $79,518.00 - $83,428.00 per year
