Vista Physical Therapy , part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services across 16 states in the West and Central U.S. We are now recruiting for our July 2026 Sports Residency cohort . Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician looking to advance your sports rehabilitation expertise, this program provides an exceptional opportunity to grow clinically while practicing in one of our high-performing clinics across the DFW Metroplex.

Through our partnership with the NAIOMT/Messiah University Sports Residency Program , residents receive structured mentorship, advanced sports-specific coursework, on-field and sideline exposure opportunities, and a comprehensive professional development pathway. We are seeking full-time Physical Therapists who are passionate about sports performance, athlete rehabilitation, and high-level orthopedic care. As a resident, you will work full time in one of our designated residency clinics while beginning the July cohort, allowing you to balance patient care with flexible, high-quality didactic and sports-specific training.

Sports Residency Program Details:

• Cohort Start Date: July 2026
• Program Length: 12–24 months
• Cost: $0 — Fully funded by PRN
• Coursework Format:  In-person mentorship, Asynchronous online coursework, Scheduled in-person residency meetings

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $77,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
• Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $25,000
• Sign-On Bonus: Available at select clinics
• Total Compensation Potential: $120,000+ annually based on experience and performance
