Description

Director of OSP Engineering is a hands-on technical and people leader who will own the design, standards, and engineering execution for our FTTH network. This is a working Director role in a fast-paced, high-accountability, small-company environment. You will personally contribute to complex designs while leading and developing a team of engineers and managing third-party design partners. Directly influence the quality, cost, and scalability of our network—and will play a foundational role in how we design, build, and grow.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Full FTE benefits to include insurance, as well as V&H.

This is a hybrid position in Plano,TX.
