- Idealmente, tener 1 año de experiencia en un puesto relacionado con la construcción.

- Realizar tareas físicas como excavación de zanjas, nivelación, manejo de tuberías y relleno.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de los sitios de trabajo.
- Operar o asistir con herramientas manuales y maquinaria ligera (por ejemplo, compactadoras, sierras, palas, etc.).
- Apoyar a los operadores de equipo y cuadrillas de tuberías según se indique.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y participar en reuniones de seguridad en el sitio de trabajo.
- Ayudar con la instalación y retiro de dispositivos de control de tráfico y señalización de construcción.
- Trabajar en coordinación con los miembros del equipo para completar las tareas diarias según lo programado.
