Recruiter
Description:
ENG- Support the Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team by providing full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, and hiring process coordination in a high-volume environment. Perform recruiting activities that include candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, referral management, hiring manager collaboration, and recruiting event support. Execute recruiting processes while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to established procedures.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience
*Demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing, and/or talent acquisition
*Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
*Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
*Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to recruiting activities
*Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and other software tools and solutions as needed
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

*Source candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions
*Mine talent from the applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates
*Manage employee referrals throughout the recruiting process
*Contact prospective candidates regarding employment opportunities
*Partner with hiring managers to support hiring activities
*Coordinate recruiting processes from initial sourcing through full lifecycle recruitment
*Support hiring events as assigned
*Maintain recruiting requisitions while managing an assigned workload
*Perform additional duties as assigned
