Attorney - Real Estate/ Transactional

Dallas Based firm is growing transactional group

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactions, and will play a key role in supporting the group’s ongoing legal matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, entity structuring, leasing, and related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents

• Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and structuring for real estate ventures and other commercial operations

• Conduct due diligence and manage closings for real estate and M&A transactions

• Collaborate with other practice groups, including litigation and tax, to provide integrated client service

• Research complex legal issues and provide strategic, solution-oriented advice

• Participate in client meetings, business development initiatives, and relationship management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or eligible for immediate waiver/admission) to practice in Texas

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate law and/or commercial real estate transactions

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Client-focused approach and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with real estate finance, private equity, or development matters is a plus
