Site Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team at a dynamic food production facility. In this role, you will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment process but also play an active part in daily operations. This is an onsite position that requires you to build relationships with both managers and staff, ensuring that recruitment and employee performance align with the client’s operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. English/Spanish preferred but not required.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various food production positions.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide real-time performance coaching and feedback to employees to improve productivity and workplace morale.
• Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment pipelines.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Act as the onsite point of contact for recruitment and employee performance matters.
• Must be flexible and open to assisting with other duties as assigned.
