Join Our  Client’s Dynamic Escrow Operations Team as an Escrow Administrator (Accounting Reconciliation)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and escrow processes? We’re seeking an experienced Escrow Administrator to support our closing operations and ensure seamless transaction handling. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a real impact.

In this pivotal position, you’ll manage the administrative aspects of escrow and closing functions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in escrow software will help maintain compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service. If you thrive on ensuring transactional integrity and enjoy working behind the scenes to support real estate closings, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of escrow, title, or real estate closing experience
  • Proficiency in Qualia (administrative-level experience required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with escrow accounting principles and real estate fundamentals
  • High attention to detail with experience in daily account reconciliations
  • Ability to identify and correct discrepancies within reconciliation systems
  • Experience working with banking partners and system compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of RESPA, ALTA, and state-specific regulations
  • Prior experience supporting internal audits and quality control initiatives
  • Experience with other escrow or title software platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant post-secondary education in finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Prior hands-on experience in escrow or title operations within a real estate environment

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Willingness to support team and assist with ongoing compliance tasks
