About the Role

While reporting to 1-800-Packouts Vice President of Operations, the FBM role will support and help drive the success of our franchise owners. This role is responsible for fostering strong franchise relationships, providing operational guidance, and ensuring compliance with brand standards to maximize growth and profitability for our franchise owners. This role requires up to 30% travel. This position requires 4 days per week in-person at our office in Dallas, TX, with 1 remote day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Support & Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance on business operations, financial performance, sales & marketing, and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist franchisees in optimizing their processes, including customer service, workflow efficiency, and job execution best practices.
  • Training & Onboarding: Support new franchisees through onboarding, initial training, and ongoing development to ensure alignment with 1-800-Packouts' standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to help franchisees identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all franchise locations adhere to corporate policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines.
  • Marketing & Business Growth: Assist and coach franchisees in local marketing initiatives, business development strategies, and relationship-building with insurance partners and contractors.
  • Field Visits & Audits: Conduct site visits and business reviews to assess operations, provide coaching, and ensure best practices are being followed.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving franchisee concerns and operational challenges to maintain strong franchise relationships.
  • Collaboration with Corporate Team: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and training teams to provide feedback, enhance programs, and drive overall brand success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or a similar role supporting franchisees.
  • Strong understanding of business financials, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in the restoration, moving, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for franchise visits, corporate meetings and industry conferences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other restoration industry business tools.
