We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate warranty submissions and compliance with manufacturer and 3rd party warranty requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer in a timely and accurate manner.

• Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and compliance with warranty guidelines.

• Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment.

• Maintain warranty receivables schedule and reconcile accounts.

• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to clarify repair details and ensure warranty compliance.

• Keep up to date with manufacturer policies, procedures, and training requirements.

• Assist in audits and reporting related to warranty claims.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within an automotive dealership (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of dealership repair order processes and manufacturer warranty requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
