Audio Visual Technician
Audio Visual Technician for installation, termination, and testing of various types of audio visual cable and hardware.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of audio and visual equipment, principles, and applications.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various audio and video equipment, including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, video cameras, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio and visual equipment
Equipment Operation:
- Set up, install, and operate audio-visual equipment for various events, including meetings, presentations, media events, and virtual events.
- Operate audio-visual equipment seamlessly to ensure high-quality audio and visual output.
- Adjust equipment settings and configurations to meet specific event requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing new audio-visual equipment and implementing system upgrades.
- Conduct quality checks on audio-visual equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users of audio-visual equipment.
- Maintain and repair audio-visual equipment as needed.
- Ability to travel throughout the Panhandle and surrounding areas.
- Other related duties as assigned related to AV installation
Be able to regularly climb and work from ladders up to heights of 35 feet; lifting equipment, tools and materials and loading and unloading equipment weighing a minimum of 75 pounds.
