Job Summary:

JPO Wash Systems LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inventory, handling administrative tasks, processing billing, and assisting with dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack and inspect incoming shipments; reject damaged items; record shortages, and correspond with shippers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the computer system.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supplies and initiate restocking as needed.
• Process billing and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with service technicians and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Support overall warehouse and office operations as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in inventory management, billing, or dispatch preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to lift light and heavy objects, a minimum of 10 lbs.
