Job Description:
Lead modernization efforts across a legacy contact center tech stack, driving DevOps implementation, cloud migration, and engineering best practices in a consulting-style, unstructured environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementations across the contact center ecosystem with good understanding of architecture

• Modernize code base and implement DevOps/CI/CD practices

• Consolidate source code into GitHub and streamline development workflows

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver tailored technical solutions

• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and other platforms

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers

• Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical proposal development

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 10 years of development experience, 5 years in technical leadership roles

  • Strong proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Azure

  • Current, hands-on development experience

  • Deep understanding of contact center technologies (Amazon Connect or Genesys)

  • Experience in consulting or startup environments

  • CRM ecosystem experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices

  • Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Salesforce

  • Exposure to AI-powered chatbots, knowledge bases, and generative AI coding
