As a Seasonal Recreation Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping guests relax, play, and make the most of their time at our premier Hill Country resort. From poolside activities to outdoor games and special events, you’ll bring the fun while delivering the elevated service Hilton is known for.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves being outdoors, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support poolside, outdoor, and family-friendly recreational activities.
• Engage warmly with guests, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and entertained.
• Assist in setting up, organizing, and executing special events and resort programming.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of recreation areas and equipment.
• Provide exceptional service aligned with the resort’s hospitality standards.

Shift Pattern: AM/PM and weekends

Rate of Pay: $12.00 per hour
