Senior QA Automation Engineer (Performance & Accessibility Testing)

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain manual test scripts for functional validation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter
- Create and manage test cases, test plans, and test data
- Develop and maintain automated test reporting and dashboards
- Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Track and manage defects using tools like Jira, XRay, or Zephyr
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in manual testing and test execution
- 8+ years of experience in QA automation testing
- Strong experience in test script creation and execution
- Hands-on experience in performance testing
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and JMeter
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- Experience with test reporting and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG standards)
