Ensure efficient execution of overall product delivery by prioritizing, planning, and tracking sprint progress. This can include the development of shippable code. Actively engage in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmaps and architectural strategy. Model an environment of strong collaboration and partnership with engineers, domain architects, product leaders, stakeholders, and partners to drive execution of roadmap, negotiate changes in priorities and manage communication of impacts. Manage and direct a team 5 to 10 software developers. Evaluate employee performance; set expectations and goals for individual staff members; and recruits, disciplines, and trains staff.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or in a related/similar position.
