About the Role
Are you passionate about travel and love helping others plan unforgettable getaways? Were seeking an enthusiastic Remote Vacation Planner to join our growing team! In this role, youll design and organize personalized vacations for clients from dreamy beach escapes to bucket-list adventures all from the comfort of your home.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive travel-focused team.
ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in planning and booking customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, accommodations, tours, and more)
Research destinations, resorts, and experiences to match client preferences and budgets
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip
Stay current on travel trends, supplier offers, and destination updates
Utilize approved booking tools and partner systems to manage reservations
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all bookings
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proficient with computers and online systems (CRM or booking platforms a plus)
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
