Customer Care Specialist

About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist,
where you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping clients
navigate the Yardi EHR platform and eLearning
tools. You’ll troubleshoot issues, document solutions, test fixes,
and keep our clients confident and supported from go-live and beyond. If you
love solving problems, learning new tech, and delivering standout service, this
role puts you right at the heart of it all!

What You ’ll Do:

• Assist multiple Account Managers to prioritize client
  needs, escalate concerns, and support successful go-lives.
• Log and document all clients calls into
  the yCRM system for resolution tracking and historical data.
• Learn appropriate software and hardware used by
  clients and Yardi.
• Test fixes to ensure complete problem resolution has been
  achieved.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years prior experience providing technical support
• Prior knowledge/experience with medical software highly
  desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability
  to establish rapport
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
