Video Clipper
At **AgencyCRM**, we connect businesses with certified professionals worldwide. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Clipper** who has a strong eye for hooks, pacing, and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who can transform long-form videos into engaging, high-performing short-form content that captures attention and drives results.
**Responsibilities:**
* Review and analyze long-form video content to identify the most engaging moments
* Edit high-quality short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Create strong hooks within the first few seconds to maximize viewer retention
* Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and effects aligned with current trends
* Ensure edits follow brand style, messaging, and quality standards
* Deliver polished outputs within tight project deadlines
* Deliver polished content on tight deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience creating short-form video content for social platforms
* Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
* Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment
* Strong cultural fit: creative, adaptable, and open to feedback
