Full-Time | In-Person | Entry-Level | Plano & Dallas–Fort Worth Area

Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)
Compensation varies based on individual performance and results.

Hiring Immediately – Paid Training Provided

HighRange Collective is expanding and hiring full-time Retail Sales Associate in the Plano and surrounding DFW area.

No prior sales experience required. If you’re reliable, outgoing, and ready to work full-time, we provide structured training to help you succeed in retail sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and brand representation .

This is an in-person retail sales position. Not remote.

What You’ll Do

• Work inside major retail locations
• Engage with customers face-to-face
• Educate customers on nationally recognized products and services
• Assist customers with enrollment and account setup
• Generate new customer accounts and drive sales performance
• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training

First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$75,000 depending on individual performance.

Previous experience working as a Retail Associate, Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, Brand Ambassador, Marketing Associate, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Business Development Representative, Territory Sales Representative, Store Associate, Retail Manager, Hospitality Associate, Server, Bartender, Call Center Representative, Lead Generator, Canvasser, Recruiter, or Entry-Level Sales Representative may make you a good fit for this role.

Retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military, marketing, business, or communications experience is a plus but not required.
