We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy engaging with others and want a full-time role that actually supports them. No desk fees. No leads you're expected to hunt down yourself. No commission-only setup dressed up as an opportunity.
Our support staff handles the back-end so you can focus on what you're hired to do — help renters find the right apartment. You'll have guaranteed income, real benefits, and a team behind you from day one.
Real estate experience is welcome, but not required. We care more about how you treat people than what your resume says. If you have a background in sales, leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles of any kind, you may be a natural fit.

Who We Are
Sigma Relocation Group has been serving renters in Texas for over 20 years and is still growing. Our flagship brand, UMoveFree Apartment Locators/UMoveFree.com, is the largest and most popular apartment finding service in Texas with operations throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth, Greater Houston, Greater San Antonio and Greater Austin areas. Our service is free to renters, and we are paid a referral fee from the apartment where they lease.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Help renters find apartments that match their rental preferences
- Work 180+ new leads per month (we provide the leads)
- Maintain your database of prospects (past, present and future) using our proprietary software
- Close leases and achieve quarterly sales quotas
- 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text message

- Realtor® designation is optional. Agents can become a Realtor or avoid the associated fees.
Requirements
Requirements to Apply
- Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license required (active or inactive)
- Proven sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hustle required: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
- In-office attendance for a minimum of 6-months - Newly hired employees are considered Office Agents in Training for the first several months of employment. A key requirement of this position is the ability to work from our office located in Las Colinas, Irving, TX.
- Comfort with technology is a must. Our work is done on a computer, and you should be able to get yourself up and running without hand-holding — logging in, navigating browsers, managing passwords, and figuring things out as they come up.

- Apartment Locating or on-site property management experience
- Inside Sales experience (sales via phone, email and text)
Getting Started
Your First 90 Days
All new hires begin with a 90-day introductory period. Think of it as a trial run for both of us — a chance for you to get up to speed, and for us to make sure it's a mutual fit before we both commit long-term.
During this time, all agents work fully in-office. This isn't a formality — it's how we set people up to succeed. You'll have direct access to your team, hands-on training, and the support you need to hit the ground running.
After 90 Days
If we move forward together and you're meeting your sales goals and productivity metrics, a hybrid schedule becomes available — with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Full remote work is evaluated on a case-by-case basis after 6 months of employment.

Income Expectations
To support new agents as they ramp up we provide a minimum guaranteed base of $2000 to $2200 per month (based on hours worked) plus standing monthly and quarterly bonuses. The base is guaranteed; not a draw or advance. Agents meeting expectations receive raises monthly for the first four (4) months and quarterly thereafter.
Income Potential: Our average agent earns $53,000 per year ($58,000 average including benefits) and our top producers earn a lot more ($120,000 +).
