Office Assistant

Pay: $18-$20/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Possible Saturdays).
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to multitask without becoming easily flustered in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
We maintain a drug-free workplace; all applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
This is a full-time position averaging 40+ hours per week, with overtime required on alternating Saturdays.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Educate customers on company services and processes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and accuracy during frequent interruptions.
- Multitask efficiently while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Create customer tickets using scale and computer software.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Arrive on time and be ready to work at the start of each shift.
- Work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.
- Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
- Make timely, sound decisions while using company resources responsibly.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
