Personal Trainer Intern
BFT is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer Intern who’s ready to gain real coaching experience in a high-energy group training environment.
This is a paid opportunity to learn, develop, and coach inside a structured, science-backed program. You’ll work alongside experienced coaches while building the skills to lead sessions and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in coaching group training sessions for up to 36 members
- Learn to deliver structured 50-minute, science-backed workouts
- Provide hands-on coaching including form correction and member support
- Build relationships with members and contribute to a strong community
- Support studio operations including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
What You’ll Gain

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field and or working toward a certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- Passion for fitness, strength training, and helping others
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
- CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain
