Junior Sales Account Lead
Job Summary
Lipman Family Farms is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Account Lead to support two of our largest national accounts from our Dallas, TX location. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent college graduate eager to grow a career in fresh produce sales. The role involves working directly with senior sales leadership, customer teams, and internal departments to ensure account success through data management, relationship building, and logistical coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field
- Strong desire to grow within a national produce company
- Self-motivated with a positive, “get-it-done” attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); CRM experience a plus
- Willingness to travel for industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Sales Manager in the day-to-day execution of two high-volume national accounts
- Build relationships with key customer contacts through consistent communication and professional representation
- Assist in preparing customer reports, sales forecasts, and account summaries using Excel and CRM tools
- Track and organize account activity, follow-ups, and product availability
- Coordinate and attend trade shows and food exhibitions; assist with planning, logistics, and on-site support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, logistics, and procurement teams to meet customer needs
- Learn Lipman's product lines, supply chain, and customer service standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for account performance and customer satisfaction
- Take initiative to learn all aspects of the produce industry and account management with a long-term vision of internal growth

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
