Inside Sales Manager – fully in office
Temp to Hire; up to $40
West Houston

Duties:

• Manage and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics like lead activity and conversion rates
• Coach sales team on communication techniques, CRM software usage, and homebuilder's specific sales process
• Oversee process of responding to and qualifying online and phone leads
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales administration
• Ensure strong relationships are built with potential buyers through consistent and timely communication via email and phone
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management based on market trends and sales team performance
• Coordinate with Sales Admin. to maintain website content, email campaigns, and online advertising to attract new prospects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, some college required
• 4+ years of homebuilding inside sales expertise and administrative skills (smaller builder experience)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to effectively lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to achieve specific goals
• Strong Microsoft Office and a proficiency and comfort with CRM software
• Proven track record in inside sales, within a smaller homebuilder environment
• Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities to keep the sales process running smoothly
• Customer-centric and empathetic mindset is crucial for guiding buyers through a significant and emotional decision
• Flexibility to adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and to work efficiently with minimal supervision
