Job Details

• Seeking at least 4 years of experience as a paralegal focusing on plaintiff personal injury cases

The litigation team is responsible for all identified and assigned cases that need litigation in order to maximize client compensation
Paralegals support attorneys throughout the entire litigation process, providing critical assistance in case preparation and management
Responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, managing discovery, coordinating subpoenas, and maintaining accurate case files
