Production Associate - Overnight Shift $19+

Job Description
The Production Associate plays a key role in the battery manufacturing process by operating equipment that charges, tests, and conditions batteries before final assembly. This role ensures product quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
This position requires a 2–3 week training period on the 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift before assignment to the overnight schedule.
Key Duties
- Operate formation equipment to charge and test batteries
- Inspect product quality and record test results
- Load/unload materials on racks and conveyors
- Follow safety procedures including PPE and chemical handling
- Report equipment issues and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12‐hour shifts
- Comfortable in hot or chemical‐exposed areas
- Manufacturing experience preferred
