With at least five years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role, you bring a blend of business acumen, technical know-how, and emotional intelligence to everything you do. You thrive on building programs from the ground up, challenging the status quo, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate across cultures and disciplines. Your communication and writing skills are exceptional, enabling you to simplify complex security concepts for global teams. You are equally comfortable developing training materials, leading webinars, and managing communications platforms. You value partnership and collaboration, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to amplify the cybersecurity organization’s presence and impact. Whether you’re pioneering new initiatives, managing vendors, or advocating for the voice of the customer, you bring tenacity, curiosity, and a solutions-driven mindset. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and deliver global security training and awareness programs tailored to different roles and regions.
- Create engaging, original training content—webinars, brown bags, tabletop exercises, guest speaker events, and more.
- Administer and expand the Security Advocates program, empowering team members to champion security in their departments.
- Write and curate cybersecurity communications for corporate newsletters, intranet sites, and SharePoint platforms.
- Manage and track team-level communications, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive brand awareness for the cybersecurity team globally.
- Contribute creative ideas for new engagement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to continuously improve impact.

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 5 years in a cybersecurity-related role.
- General knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and risk management is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI security and customer advocacy is a plus.
- Proven ability to build programs and content from scratch.

As the second hire on this one-year-old team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape its direction, culture, and global impact.
