Commercial Escrow Assistant

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year (DOE) plus bonus

The Commercial Escrow Assistant will provide high-level support for a high-volume commercial desk in Texas. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can manage the complexities of commercial transactions in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office and offering two days of remote work. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Escrow Officer through the beginning to end process for commercial real estate transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of closing statements and the coordination of commercial files.
- Review and organize title requirements and other necessary documentation for commercial files.
- Ensure all files are processed in compliance with Texas title insurance regulations.
- A minimum of three to five years of dedicated commercial escrow experience is required.
- Candidates must have a strictly commercial background. Those with only residential experience will not be considered.
- Familiarity with the Texas commercial title market and closing standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a steady stream of files in a production-focused environment.
- Proficiency with commercial-specific escrow software systems.
- Experience working within a structured, high-volume office workflow.
